Chief Executive Officer
Dave joined IPT as Chief Executive Officer in 2022. He began his career as a drilling engineer at Sedco-Forex, a global company specializing in both bottom supported and floating drilling rigs (now known as Transocean). He progressed to increasingly responsible roles, mostly recently President and CEO roles with Triton Engineering (acquired by Noble Energy), Parker Drilling, and Stallion Oilfield Services, and board of director roles with several companies.
While at Triton Engineering, he was involved in the design and execution of over 400 shallow and deepwater wells in the Gulf of Mexico, over 50 land wells along the Gulf Coast, and over 30 land and shallow/deepwater wells in India, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Trinidad, UAE, and Venezuela.
He earned his B.S. in civil engineering at Southern Methodist University and an MBA at the University of Houston.

Brian’s career began with the Big 4 accounting firm KPMG in their audit division, but he quickly transitioned into the technology and services industry where he has held a variety of positions from assistant controller to chief financial officer. His experience in this sector includes four years at Metapath Software International, Inc., a global provider of software and engineering services, where he managed the company’s worldwide financial operations in nine countries. He also served as executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer for Evolving Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ global business, with responsibility for worldwide financial, treasury and administrative operations. Brian joined IPT in August 2012, and has since led the operations, planning, strategy, the integration of a key acquisition and the transformation of IPT into the business it is today. Brian was appointed to the Board in 2017.

Neel is a senior project development and asset management executive with a successful track record in E&P companies ranging from large, vertically integrated “big-oil” companies to independent producers. After gaining core experience in the US with ExxonMobil and managing drilling campaigns for several independent companies. Neel moved to Russia and held roles of increasing operational and managerial responsibility in Anderman/Smith and the Russian oil giant TNK’s joint venture Chernogorskoye where he also became the CEO. Neel then became the CEO of Southern Oil Company, a subsidiary of Gazprom. Returning to TNK in 2002, Neel helped integrate the company with BP and held a senior management role developing upstream gas in the merged oil giant TNK-BP until mid-2007.
After a short time consulting for the Ministry of Oil and Energy of Turkmenistan, he joined Oil Search Limited in 2009, taking on the role of General Manager Operations over Papua New Guinea, where he slashed operating costs, developed PNG nationals, and oversaw the building of operational readiness for participation in the ExxonMobil-led PNG LNG project.
Neel returned to the USA in 2008 but continued to work internationally. In 2014, he joined IPT Well Solutions where he became focused on domestic work. Neel currently provides technical and strategic advice to companies in the upstream, midstream, and mining sectors.
Vice President Fracturing Services, Fracmaster
Mike’s career started at Dresser Titan where he worked for two years as an engineer in training (EIT) and in equipment operations. From there he moved on to BJ Services, where during his 14years with BJ he served in many roles including equipment operator, fluid technician, district engineer, region laboratory manager, senior district engineer and technical sales representative. Mike joined IPT in 1996 and during his time with the company, he has accumulated a breadth of experience that includes field work in all major plays in the Continental U.S. as well as International experiences in Brazil, Canada, India, New Zealand and Venezuela, feet. Mike is an asset to both IPT and to the clients we serve.
He earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University.
